FAQ

  • What is included in this course?

You will receive immediate access to all lessons and videos forever. We cover all of the most popular filter coffee methods for home brewers. Plus you will get interviews from some of the best coffee professionals in the world to give you some tips and keep you on your toes!

  • What makes this course better than any others?

Yes, there are many courses out there... Some of them are good! But many of them- while they look the part, are actually not teaching the correct information you need to make better coffee. We have researched many online coffee courses and have seen them teach endless amounts of out dated science, and most are filled with biased opinion- not allowing you to learn the what and why behind the lessons. In this course, we are teaching the most up to date, easy to follow, and relevant information for todays coffee drinker!

  • Is the course worth the price?

Short answer: Over 5 hours of professional guidance, with quizzes to solidify your learning, with bonus videos and offers that you wont find with any other courses. All on a lovely platform that is easy to track your progress, ask questions, and actually get better with an interesting skill.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Long Answer: While many courses are in the price range of $5-20 on mass websites, and sure they have some good information. But we have paid for courses online, in person (all over the world) and have found the average price for a barista to teach you is $150/hour. Usually you are only allowed to work on one topic per class, and most of the time (THAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR) is spent on you practicing what you learned in the first 20 minutes. We want you to pay for learning, and spend your own free time on practicing and enjoying your coffee with your friends and loved ones.

  • Still want something free?

We can't blame you. its scary making purchases online. That's why we have our top 5 FREE tips for you! All you need to do is add your email to our list (HINT: scroll down to the bottom of this page!) and once you do, we will share with you the same quality of lessons, in a micro bite size e-mail form!

  • Why is there no espresso?

We thought over and over... should espresso be included in this course? And we decided no for a few reasons. 1. Espresso has a lot of variables that unless you really understand your machine and can adjust the pressure/temperature/basket size... it makes it tricky to teach online as we can not see what you have and make adjustments. 2. You need your own grinder... and not a hand grinder. If you think this course is expensive... you are probably going to want to save up before starting an espresso hobby. 3. MAYBE SOON... We thought about adding it as a bonus chapter at the end, but that didn't feel right. If you have an electric grinder and have the money to invest in a home espresso set up, cross your fingers. We might add some espresso videos as a mini lesson to the course, and you will be notified via email if that ever happens. The good thing is, once you purchase this course, all content we add to it in the future- you will have free access to it! And if we make a separate Espresso only course, we will make sure those of you who have already bought this course will be given a discount to that for your loyalty!

  • If I need to, what is the refund policy?

We doubt you will need to as it pays for itself with the money you will save over time, but if you do sadly find you need to refund. We will offer it within 30 days of your purchase; All we ask is that you have finished the course and can prove your work through the chapters.
